Advice:
2 sessions per week allows you to gradually build comfort with the techniques and begin noticing changes in your stress levels, emotional balance, and overall well-being.
- sessions practiced regularly can lead to significant improvements over time. Results can vary, but many people begin to notice positive changes within a few weeks of consistent practice.
Please Note:
For an optimal experience, it’s recommended to avoid eating 1-2 hours before engaging in breathing practices. A full stomach can hinder your ability to breathe freely, affect concentration, and may cause discomfort.
-Pregnancy: Some types of breathing techniques can put pressure on the abdomen, which may be undesirable for pregnant women. It’s best to consult a doctor before starting any practice.
-People with heart conditions, high blood pressure, or recent heart attacks should avoid intensive breathing practices that could increase strain on the heart.
-Individuals with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or other respiratory conditions should be cautious to avoid worsening their condition.
-People with anxiety disorders or other mental health conditions, intense breathing techniques may exacerbate their symptoms.
-Some techniques can temporarily raise intraocular pressure, which is dangerous for people with glaucoma.
