Who am I?

My name is Daria. I am a Hatha yoga instructor and breathwork coach.
 I help people find balance between body and mind and improve their physical and emotional well-being through breathing techniques. As a mother of three, I am inspired to share my knowledge and experience to help others achieve harmony in their lives.

From 2017, I struggled with stress, depression, and panic attacks, which led me on a quest for peace and joy. 
Breathwork has been transformative in my journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and emotional well-being.
 It helps me maintain a deep connection with my body and emotions, making it easier to face life’s challenges with calm and clarity.
